Medium Rooms
Our medium studios are actually quite large. Even the smallest of these studios is great for large bands, those wanting space to stretch out in their element, and those wanting to set up recording and composition areas. Most of our medium rooms have heavy-duty lofts adding an additional 45 sq ft of storage space.

Each studio has a steel door with cylindrical and deadbolt locks, high-speed internet throughout the facility and multiple wireless access points. . Payments can easily be split among bandmates in our payment system to take the hassle out of accounting. Tenants are given keyless access codes with 24/7 access. The premise is covered with more than 25 interior and exterior high definition cameras. We have a lounge with vending machines, coffee, and some areas to stretch out for those putting in long hours at the studio.
When you sign up to be notified of a specific size room, you will only be notified when a room of that size becomes available. In order to receive notifications of other size rooms, you will need to sign up for notification of those as well.
